CANCELLATION POLICY: A minimum of 7 day notice is required to reschedule your appointment without the penalty of losing ability to transfer your deposit. Less than 48 hour cancellation will result in a forfeit of $100 deposit fee and a 50% charge of the service to the card on file. A new deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment. If you are feeling sick within the 48- hour period, we ask you please reschedule and provide us with a doctor’s note so that we can transfer your deposit. NO SHOW POLICY: Failure to show up to your appointment without notice will result in a charge of the full cost of the service to the card on file. You may reschedule your appointment for another date however, it will be the first available appointment which could be weeks/months out. Please contact us if you are going to be late for your appointment. Being more than 15 minutes late may result in a forfeit of your deposit and the cancellation of your appointment. A new deposit will be required for rebooking a new appointment. (The reason for this is everyone’s time is valuable and should be respected. I do not want any other clients to wait on me.)
